Diana Little (she/her)

Cofounder and CEO

Diana is a computer scientist with over thirty years of experience walking into new business domains, rapidly assessing needs and requirements, then designing and delivering elegant solutions to complex problems.  She's a systems thinker with the ability to see and communicate the holistic big picture and architect systems that successfully address both near and long-term needs.  She's worked with myriad industries, including enterprise applications, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, logistics and supply chain.

Dave Craft (he/him)

Chief of Staff

Dave has more than 20 years of experience leading teams at some of the world’s largest technology companies. His previous roles include cofounder and CEO of his own successful startup and Director of R&D at IBM. Over his career Dave has been part of and managed several corporate acquisitions and technology transfers. He also served as a Senior Technology Executive at Wells Fargo.

Christopher Spagnoletti (he/him)

Advisor

Chris is a technically savvy executive with more than 25 years of experience in developing complex aerospace systems.  He has a track record of increasing IP & shareholder value by translating innovation into reproducible business assets.  His previous roles include CEO and VP of Engineering and Sales.  He was President of U.S. Cargo Systems, where the business focused on the design, development and manufacturing of cargo handling and aerial delivery systems for commercial and military aircraft.

Patrick Laney (he/him)

Advisor

Patrick started his career serving 11 years in the U.S. Navy as a pilot on the F/A-18C Hornet, achieving a tally of over 300 carrier landings, two Air Medals, and attendance at TOPGUN. Post-service, Patrick earned an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and co-founded CDL Systems USA - a software business specializing in drone control software. Proving to be a significant success, CDL was acquired by the world’s largest defense company - Lockheed Martin. He currently serves as COO for Grubbrr - a fintech startup revolutionizing front-of-house ordering in the restaurant industry.

Jamie Little (they/them)

Cofounder and CTO

Jamie is an engineer and inventor.  They've held key positions at numerous startups participating in the product development of mobile development platforms, software solutions, medical devices, and industrial equipment, most recently with SeaChange Technologies. Jamie is deeply committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility, with a degree in Environmental Science and Anthropology, a certificate in Solar Photovoltaic System Design, and a PMP certification. Jamie also has a lifelong passion for engines, aviation, and space technologies.

Suzanne Miglucci (she/her)

Advisor

Suzanne has a +20-year track record of leadership successes across publicly traded and privately held technology, retail and ecommerce companies, as a CEO, board director, and digital transformation expert. Her professional background is strongly rooted in bringing new technologies to market, driving product development, re-branding organizations and transforming business models to realize greatest revenue potential and shareholder value. She currently serves as board director for the technology firm, Terra Dotta, as Chair of OnBoardNC, a North Carolina-based organization focused on shrinking the boardroom gender gap, and as board director for NACD’s Research Triangle Chapter.

JD Word (he/him)

Advisor

JD is the Technical Director for Tactical Strike within the Air Power Mission Area at Raytheon Missiles & Defense. He is the key liaison for the Tactical Strike Product Area Directorate and Advanced Technology, is the Technical Lead on three proprietary projects, and is the Interim Director for the Joint Strike Missile Program. JD has over 22 years of US Naval Service, currently as Lieutenant Commander (LCDR) in the Naval Reserve Force, assigned to NAVAIR Reserve Naval Air Warfare Center with a concentration in Aircraft and Weapons Survivability.
